Not So SuperBowl

 Yippeeeeee.....It's finally over.......No Snow......No Freezing Rain........No Winds.......No Bad Weather........No Good Superbowl Ads..........But finally, today, at last, the hype is over.
       

Everything seems to be back to normal...Of course, none of us really know what normal is. If I am like most people, yesterday was a long, long day....2 Superbowl parties and probably too much food...All the Monday morning quarterbacks had and still have shit to say about the game yesterday....What I particularly like is listening to all those asshole announcers prior to the game giving their opinions, reasons why one team is going to win, and all the things that will be happening during the game... I am so fucking happy that most of the time these high priced idiots get it wrong. Oh well, it's fun to watch people fail and then give their reasons why their predictions went sour.
    

Don't get me wrong. I completely and totally love professional football. I guess it's just the hype I can't stand.  I love trash talk, and I love those players who are not afraid to play and back it up with great playing. I also love the NY JETS, and that sometimes creates a problem as well.
    

Even Go Daddy let me down yesterday. But it certainly doesn't take much to let me down.
     

What happened to the good old wild, fun, sexy beer commercials ? What happened to the really great auto commercials ?  Are we getting so politically correct that all sponsors are being extra careful ?   Or.......Are those ridiculous costs to advertise during the Superbowl so crazy that it's just not getting done ?

As they say....."Wait til next year"

Funny, Stupid, and Banned Commercials 2013

                 
We are all forced to watch commercials at some time or another. I don't ever watch anything live on TV, but record everything so as not to have to watch horrible commercials that are meant for 6 year old idiot's with an IQ of 23.   OK, so I do watch every now and then. If I didn't, I would have nothing to complain about.

Of course, every so often I am amused about how clever some of these commercials or ads can be.
