Really ? Shake well before using ? Who is the idiot that decided to use those words ? I am so fucking tired of these labels on food, garments, appliances, drugs, or anything we come in contact with these days. OK, the bottom line is this. Have you ever tried to shake a bottle of tomato juice ( or any other juice) that is from concentrate ? Guess what ? It is fucking impossible.
These bottles (and I am only referring to bottles ) are filled so high, so there is absolutely no room left in the bottle to shake it. One must open the bottle, pour out a little bit of juice, put the cap back on the bottle, and then you are finally able to shake well. It just seems this is so wrong. Why hasn't one of those executive geniuses of the company figure that out ?
It doesn't happen in cans, but who wants to drink juice from a can these days anyway ? Besides, what ever happened to pure juice ? I grew up and the only thing I knew that was concentrated was that frozen orange juice where you had to add 3 cans of water and mix till you hands got tired. That was my extent of "From Concentrate".
Why does every good thing have to change ? Why can't I drink real tomato juice today and not tomato juice from concentrate.????
Why does everything always seem to change regarding product ? I have one that is very dear to my heart. I have been using the same cologne for over 30 years. During my working days, I was a regular customer at Barney's NY, where I got addicted to one cologne.
It is from this company called Creed and was expensive 30 years ago as well. Barney's was the only store selling it, and I became addicted to Spring Flower, by Creed. The bottle was not in the above color back then , and it was only in the Men's department. About 10 years ago when I began my current life as a has been living in the forgotten land of South Florida, I realized that Creed has grown and is sold in other better retailers. Good for them.....
On one of my trips to Neiman Marcus about 8 years ago, I noticed the bottle was changed to the above shape, and it no longer was in the men's department, but strictly in the Ladies Perfume area. That still did not bother me because the scent was still the same as I have loved and enjoyed for many, many years..... But alas.......all good things must come to an end.....Last month I purchased my last, final, end, never again to be bought, fucked up bottle of Creed Spring Flower. Those bastards changed MY Scent and it no longer smells good or even close to the original. I didn't believe it and went to Saks to check out a tester. After all, maybe it was me, or maybe it was a bad lot, or something.....Nope....It's a different scent.....I was so bummed......But......I found another scent that I liked even more...
I am happy again....I guess change is good after all...But Fuck You Mr. Creed, you could have emailed or sent me a TM to let me know you changed your scent...I guess our 30 year relationship meant nothing.
