Comcast Still Sucks

And the beat goes on.  The other day I wrote about Comcast and the crappy service they offer. Late last night and early today there is all kind of stuff going on the local news about the interruption in service that Comcast customers may be experiencing...May be experience my ass.  Maybe say "are experiencing".....But why tell the truth ?

WTF can't they just be honest and tell us they fucked up, or some asshole pushed the wrong button.....Bottom line is that I have been trying to call these assholes for two days now to report the trouble and demand a refund for the movie I watched in part on two different days.  It's not even about the money, but simply about the principal of the problem.......I hate bullshit and I especially hate stupidity.

What bothers me the most is trying to reach these assholes on the phone... I would love to do it online, but there is no way in the world to tell them about a problem. Sure you can sign up, add services, do some normal things, but try to get help for something important.........CALL.....
Oh, that's right....You can't call....Actually you can call and go through the bit about your account, your problem area (phone, TV, computer ) and then you get a message telling you to please wait for the next available operator.............AND THEN........a message  " Sorry but due to heavy call volume we cannot connect you call.....Please call back later ".................................dial tone..................fuck you Comcast once again for not at least giving me the opportunity of speaking to a live person.

Comcast Sucks

Comcast Sucks.  I repeat....Comcast Sucks.  I thought I would be able to start the new year off being nice to everyone and have everyone be nice to me. Well, that worked for a few hours into 2012, until fucking Comcast had to ruin it for me.
I had seen the Girl With the Dragon Tattoo in the movies last week and really loved it. Well, the other day I thought I would watch the original sub-titled ones on TV.  I have all the premium stations, so naturally I thought I would be able to watch it On Demand for free.  You know what is coming now....Not for free.....In fact, those son of a bitches at Comcast have now taken the old movies and split each one up into two parts, so that you have to pay twice to see one movie.  OK, I was able to live with that because we all know what kind of greedy bastards all the cable companies are. I watched the second of three movies the other day with no problem.
Yesterday I was home in the evening and decided to watch the third and final movie of the series. I ordered and paid for part 1 of the third movie and it was wonderful......Then, about 9 PM, I ordered and began to watch part 2 of the last movie.....About five minutes into it, it began to start and then stop. After a few times of this, I made one of those impossible calls to their 800 number in hopes of resolving this.  Finally, I got to speak to a human, and after giving them all my lifelong information along with the problem, he advised me to shut off the on-demand and go back and resume the movie, that it would come in on a different line....Naturally I listened to his wonderful advice and it actually did work...................For about ten minutes......

Then of course the problem began.  The picture went on and off and on and off and I became more and more pissed off.  Finally, all of comcast went off and that was it for the night...OK, they are entitled to fuck up....But now for the really fun part.. It is now Tuesday evening and I was looking forward to seeing the balance of the last part that I started last night. I got comfortable and put on the TV and plopped into my favorite TV chair to enjoy this last part, uninterrupted , and with no problems.....Of course we all know these movie rentals are good for 24 hours....Well, the movie began with no problems and I was now just about halfway through it and happy as a pig in shit.....But that did not last too much longer..... The movie stopped and a message popped up saying they cannot process my request because the time has expired....Can you believe these stupid bastards ?????  Not one of those fucking dumb ass executives had the brains to extend the service for their cable customers, especially considering the fact their complete system was shut down here last night for several hours......I am now ready to explode.....What do I do  ????   I simply call Comcast and go through all the shit as to name, acct number, etc to an automated machine and then.....Bingo.........I get a message that all agents are busy now to please call back later........I have been trying on and off to call for an hour now to no avail. Only a message letting me know about their heaver than usual call volume...Like I give a shit.

Right this second my only wish is that certain higher ups at Comcast suffer a terrible and painful experience that I would like to personally  send to them. But only of course after I keep them waiting on the phone having them answer my questions and then have them anxiously await their beating. So to you Mr. Comcast president , maybe it is time you learned how to deal with and treat your customers instead of running your million TV ads telling us how wonderful your service is. And FYI, your service sucks.
