I Really Tried

Honestly, I really did try. I searched and searched for good news and what did I find ? .Bam accepting Gen McCrystal's resignation.  Ha, Ha, Ha.......Tell me one person in this country working for someone that has not at one time or another said shit about the company or the President of that company.......Really, find just one.  I had people that worked for me back in the day that said shit about me.  As long as they produced, who cared. So maybe they didn't speak to Rolling Stones Magizine, but who reads that anyway ?  OK, so let me get to the good news......I will list all of it below the following picture.

     Note to self:  Keep on looking..........Oh..........at least the USA won today.

Good News.....................sorry not today

Why bother ? Why do we even try ?  Why do we let the government do anything ?  Why did I read the newspaper this morning ? Why did I look on line at the news before ?  I think it's time to start a crusade for only Good News.  The problem is obvious and that in itself presents a problem.
      Home loans and all the money the government spent bailing out people.  Guess what ? More than 1/3 rd. of the 1.2 million borrowers have dropped out.....150,000 borrowers left the program alone last month....  A total of 436,000 have quit, with the growing exodus expected to lead to a new wave of foreclosures. Simply speaking more than 27 % of those who have managed to have their loan payments reduced that are gone........Seems to me this will be another fiasco when all is said and done.
     New aerial photos have shown the gulf oil spill relentlessly closing in on more helpless coastline communities.  The cost of total cleanup and total business loss etc. will be another fiasco when all is said and done.
      Someone is ripping off NY famed Naked Cowboy.  Times Square is a big place, but now there is a Naked Cowgirl trying to worm her way in.  Check that out on line.

      I am really going to hunt for good news.  Tomorrow will be the day, so be sure to tune in.

Good Day for Good News

The DOW was down nearly 350 Points at closing, maybe due to a glitch.........The Pakistani Taliban denied any role in the botched car bombing in Times Square, but praised the suspect......Lawrence Taylor has been arrested for allegedly raping a minor........Greece is falling apart and without John Travolta.......the SEC is investigating other large companies.........and that is only the first few headlines.
     WTF is happening to this country ?  My blog is no longer Cynical, Ridiculous and Pathetic anymore.   It has become reality.  I no longer have to write about the Crap I pick on daily as the newspapers and news agencies seem to be doing it for me.  We can no longer do anything.  For example .......radio DJ's can no longer call anyone crazy, or retarded or who knows what else.  Everything seems to be Politically incorrect.  Soon you guys won't be able to walk the streets and take a second look at that stunning girl with big boobs and long legs.....What is Next ?????
      Where is sanity and what really is sanity ?  What is correct and what is not ?  What can we do and what are we supposed to do ? 
      I just want to be a kid again. I want to play with my marbles (instead of losing them), trade my baseball cards, play with my friends , and have my mother tuck me into bed at night. It just seemed like there was always good news then.
