The time has finally come. I have been sitting on my ass long enough and not writing. Actually, I have moved cross country, abandoned 12 years of relaxing , non thinking, non aggressive everything to trade in the ocean for the mountains. OK.....that being said I can get right to the point.
On one of my first days here in my new home what do I get ????? Right. Right. And Right again. A fucking bill from Comcast for this month. Normally that would not be a problem, but I am not there. I don't have a Comcast account anymore. I don't have nor want anything to do with Comcast, however , they certainly don't want to get rid of me.
I called Comcast, or should I say tried to call Comcast ? Who can ever manage to speak to someone live without being on hold for a half a day, or getting disconnected a couple of times ? This is certainly the truth as anyone who has ever called Comcast will gladly attest too. Ha, Ha....who hasn't called them from time to time ?
Finally (the same day), I managed to speak to a real live person ????? I only asked one question. "Sir", I politely said........If I returned all my Comcast equipment two weeks ago , cancelled service, and am looking at the receipt where this was done......Why the hell am I still getting bills from Comcast for a future period ? The phone line went silent as I imagined the rep looking thru his notes to figure out how to answer that ?????? Comcast ??????? I love you.......You make conversation for us almost on a daily basis because of your shit service and trained idiots called customer support agents....So thank you for that Mr. Comcast.
