Knives are OK

Ahhh, the joy of travel and especially the TSA. I recently returned from LA and naturally encountered the joy of going thru security at an airport.  I usually fly American Airlines to and from LA and am pretty used to the nonsense we all go through during the security checkpoint.

The humiliation of taking off our shoes, belts, jackets, everything from our pockets, wallet, money, keys, change, etc.  (and that is just the guy stuff)  and finally going thru those detector booths, while trying to look at those bus-boy trays that have all our personal stuff in them.

I don't know about you, but I have it down to a science and now just grin and bear it.......BUT.....the other day I neglected to take off my watch while going thru the booth.  I picked up my arms as instructed and went right through. I then picked up my bus-boy bin (minus the dirty dishes), and put all my stuff back in my pockets, put on my shoes, put on my belt, put on my jacket, put away my Ipad and took my smart phone.....I was done........

But Holy Shit....I realized something very interesting.....I had left on my watch...I still cannot believe that all my stuff went along the conveyor belt, I went thru the scanning machine, and not a single fucking idiot TSA agent noticed or said anything about my watch being on....I am still in shock....There could have been a bomb in my watch and not one person said a thing. ????  Naturally you can't even take a bottle of water thru the checkpoint...

But don't fret.....we can now take aboard and through security certain type of Knives......

Something is certainly fucked up with air travel...

The only thing to do is keep your fucking mouth closed and listen to the idiots....
      God Bless America.........

  1. fter getting a US VPN
connection, expats as well as anyone else will be able to access the popular programs of their choice. Even while living abroad, the expats would be able to enjoy the programs accessible only to US residents living within the country.
