Arriving shortly......The exercise ladies of So. Florida.....Those wonderful women who made the Noodle famous......Those wonderful women who spend countless hours a day in the pool doing these exercises with their noodle........Those great and wonderful ladies who sincerely believe they are doing serious workouts with these foam noodles.........Look around.........I am sure if you live in any community with a swimming pool and hot weather ???????????? well.....they will be there....So tune in shortly and learn. ( Oh, am I going to get shit from some of the wonderful ladies living in my Condo )
