This week has been so much fun listening to the media carry on about Charlie Sheen. All I know is that I only want to be him in my next life. He works, he plays, and he does what he wants. Shit, isn't that called the American Dream ?? Charlie is only one of the many Hollywood stars that have gotten DUI's, been arrested, or done some other half assed thing. It is nothing new, and I can guarantee it will continue way after he is no longer news worthy.
You gotta admit (if your a guy) that it is not that bad. I would take those two any day of the week. Dream, and the world dreams with you. OK, so getting a million twitter followers in a 24 hour period is now in the Guinness Book of Records. That in itself makes you a winner.
Let's take a trip down memory lane and just think about some of the other famous celebs that have been screwed up, in trouble with the law ............and on and on...... Jerry Lee Lewis married his 13 year old cousin way back when..........Michael Jackson liked little boys.........Marlon Brando had his causes and was a real rebel...........Kiefer Sutherland was and still is out of control...........Daniel Baldwin was and still is an asshole............Robert Downey Jr hit rock bottom before rising to the top, as did Mickey Rouke...........Paris Hilton and others have to thank sex videos for their success.......
Heather Locklear liked to drink as did good old Nick Nolte pictured above...........Christina Aguiliera was recently arrested on charges of Public Intoxication. I think she should have been arrested for not knowing the words of the National Anthem............ There is always Lindsay Lohan the queen of drugs........lets not forget Michael Vick for his great dog days that probably made him a better football player..........Of course there is always Tiger Woods...........The list is long and I can go on forever, but why bore you........Oh yes, I will leave you with one word................Snooki....................
So , is all this nonsense just focused on Celebrity Stardom ?????? NO NO NO............This goes on everywhere. It is is sports (which is also celebrity status), Politics, Finance, Religion, Business, Education, and everywhere else we might look. I just bring up all this sensationalism because I love to watch the press make issues of everything.
Bottom line is simple there is not a guy out there not jealous of Charlie Sheen........And guess what........There is not a girl out there not fantasizing about the same thing in reverse. Like sharing her bed with Brad Pitt and another of the top sexy male stars of 2011.
I just can't wait to see who the next fuck-up will be and what the dear old press will say about him or her........Sorry, that with all the major world problems going on right now, The press has seen fit to talk about Charlie and move Libya and Iraq to page 12.......only in the USA.
