Do You Wonder ? Or Really Give a Shit ?

Do we really care ? Why the fuck is Mayor Bloomberg (NYC) getting involved with the portion size of soft drinks ? In the news this morning the following poll reflected the feelings of most of us. 65% of Americans oppose the large-soda ban.  53% of all New Yorkers oppose the proposal.  My feeling Mr. Mayor........You are in my Boob Hall of Fame.

     
If you can't become president of these United States, the only logical thing to do is follow in the footsteps of Former Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain. Become a talk show host on Atlanta's WSB radio, which draws about 6 million listeners...Atta Boy Herman............From Pizza to President Hopeful to Radio.   

        Yup.....That is Lindsay Lohan...Looks pretty good for her role as Elizabeth Taylor on a future TV movie...What are the odds of her finishing that without fucking it up.....Good Luck Lindsay.

      
  Here is a good one......Be careful if you live in Jacksonville Florida and have to go to court. The area's new county courthouse has failed its fire safety test for the second year in a row. The problem is so bad, officials are considering closing the place and reopening the old county courthouse.....Is that fucked up or what ?

   It really doesn't matter where we look for news, how we watch it on TV or on-line, or on our Ipads, smart phones, listen in our cars , trucks, etc.....There is so much useless shit on all the time it is almost amusing. I usually watch the news on TV in the morning while drinking a cup of coffee, while reading the NY Post on my I Pad. I don't know what makes me laugh more ?  Maybe it's just time to go back to porn. At least there are no surprises there, it's constant, and we always know how it is going to turn out.

Bullshit Keeps on Coming

When I was growing up, there were only 2 things that meant anything to us for entertainment and knowledge.  Naturally Comic Books ranked first on the list. There were Super Heroes and we believed everything we read. Of course several years later we realized that was all bullshit and simply filled with fiction.

      We then graduated to newspapers and realized this was the only source for Truth and that we were able to count on the news for an honest unbiased factual read of all the news.  Well, several years later we realized that was bullshit as well.

    

    

 Along with newspapers, we saw this thing call magazines all over the place.  Hard to believe that at one time these were mailed to us and available at book stores and Supermarkets.  But we soon realized these were filled with bullshit and the News magazines were obsolete about the same time they reached the news stands.

        We are now witnessing the demise of newspapers.  After all, they have become semi obsolete as well because of the time line. Additionally, the amount of bullshit that is written for the sake of selling papers has grown out of proportion.  I read the NY Post in the morning, which is nothing more than a continuation of the comic books I read as a kid.  Actually, I think some of the pictures and print were taken from some of the old comics. Naturally I read this on my IPad, which has also put an end to most newspaper delivery routes.

       
      So now we are all caught up with how America (and the rest of the world) get's it's news.  It's available 24/7 and almost all of us see it on our smart phones, IPads, or any hand held device we have.  It's amazing how quick we have access to everything.

       Which now brings me to the story of the Colombian Hooker who single handed has shaken up the Secret Service.  So far at least 8 secret service agents have been fired as a result of this. You have all read the story of how one agent spent the night with her (sleeping?) and then not paying her for her services.  This in itself is grounds for dismissal.  But here is the irony of the whole fucking story.  She has not been questioned by the Secret Service, because they don't seem to be able to find her. Shit ........The Secret Service Agent found her in a bar in a matter of minutes...WTF is wrong with this picture ????  I thought Comic Books were entertaining....I later thought Newspapers were entertaining........But now I seem to find everything is entertaining...... You can look in every aspect of your daily life and see how really insane things are.
        I began writing Cynical Ridiculous and Pathetic   aka CRaPUSA just for fun.  Now, when I read stories like above, I am convinced there is a little bit of CRaP in all of us.

Comic Books = Newspapers

Is there really a difference between Comic Books and Newspapers ?????   A little later I will fill you in on this continuation of laughter from when we were kids to when we became adults.
