Bigger or Smaller

Where is it written that Bigger is Better ? Is bigger government better ? Is bigger business better ? Is being bigger better ? Is a bigger penis better ? OK, so not everything is black and white.

So now that I have teased you a little, you will have to wait to see my scientific answer to this worldwide question.........What is better ??????? Bigger or Smaller ???????
