Care Instructions Suck

Have you put anything in your washing machine lately ?  I don't know about you, but it takes me forever to do a laundry.  I am a single guy, so I naturally do my own wash. I am also pretty clean and my friends think that I am a little anal because of my clean fetish. I really don't mind doing laundry and especially today when almost everything can be put in a washing machine.  

Now I live in So. Florida where it is usually warm 12 months a year. Because of that, I probably do more laundry than the average person.  After all, going to the gym in the morning, wearing knock around stuff in the afternoon, and changing in the evening whenever I go out.  There are shorts, jeans, t-shirts, dress shirts, underwear,  and who knows what else ????  OK......so here is the problem and what drives me crazy almost each and every day.

 Yup....You guessed it.  Those fucken care labels that are attached to everything.  No two things get washed the same way.  It's either cold water, warm water, hot water, hang dry, tumble dry low, tumble dry medium, iron with a cool iron, do not iron, do not dry clean, do not wash, warm iron as needed, wash with like colors, wash separately, lay flat to dry, do not bleach , air dry only, etc. etc. etc.........

    

And to make matters even worse, (as if that was possible) these little fucken sewn on labels are hidden in different places on everything.  Some of these tags are woven, which is nice because you can see them after a few washings. Some of them are little printed tabs that are impossible to see after a few washings.  Then it becomes a guessing game.  That son of a bitch responsible for those printed tags should be shot, and then hung on a clothes line similar to the shirts above. 

   Now if your a guy that like bright colored knit shirts and wears a different color each day............well..........just consider yourself screwed.  You will be putting on thing in your washing machine at a time.

There has to be a better way ???????  But wait..........Yikes.......You put something on the hot cycle by mistake and it is now 4 sizes to small...... Screwed again.  There has to be a better way. There has to be a way just to put everything in the machine together with just cold water and have them come out clean as can be ???????  One can only dream.....  Oh yes ????? Did you remember to add softener to your wash ?????? Another damn problem.

    

Men........we need to come together and work on this........Ladies......you seem to have this situation well in hand.................Life sucks and is UNFAIR......
