Dumb Ass Cops

 

            

The Dayton Police Department is lowering its testing standards for recruits. It’s a move required by the U.S. Department of Justice after it says not enough African-Americans passed the exam.
Dayton is in desperate need of officers to replace dozens of retirees. The hiring process was postponed for months because the D.O.J. rejected the original scores provided by the Dayton Civil Service Board, which administers the test.
Under the previous requirements, candidates had to get a 66% on part one of the exam and a 72% on part two.
The D.O.J. approved new scoring policy only requires potential police officers to get a 58% and a 63%. That’s the equivalent of an ‘F’ and a ‘D’.

            Can you friggen beleive the above ?????? WTF is this country turning into ?????  Are we a bunch of weak ass people that we have to lower ourselves to this ?  Is this fair to the people of Dayton ?  What ever happened to the basic American principal of Simply hiring the most qualified person for the job.????????  Fuck this nonsense.   Does this mean we are going to have unqualified cops roaming the streets in Dayton ????  No, No, No..... I saw on the news earlier some jerk from the NAACP Advocacy Board who was disputing this.  He claimed they were not lowering the standards , but simply adjusting the testing method. I so wish that was the case when I went to college.  I could have had such great grades with  F's and D's being passing grades.
     But this is Ridiculous. This is a police force we are dealing with. This is a public service oriented force of soon to be idiots that will be defending the law......That is impossible. It is like only hiring 400 pound men to drive ice cream trucks, or blind people to become pilots.......I still cannot beleive this whole story, but it is now on national news (tonight), and you can google it to make sure I am telling the truth.  Even my wild imagination couldn't come up with something as stupid as this.

      So to you wonderful people living in Dayton...........................time to arm yourself......or move.
