Too Tat or Not Too Tat

I have absolutely no problem with tattoo's, or people that have a tattoo or two ?????? But give me a break and lets examine some of the more ridiculous ones that are on bodies today. First of all there are more than enough ugly people in the world to go around.  Now add ugly people or other people with tattoos that are ugly.  It is like looking at a circus with some of these designs.
     Small tattoo's are fine and not a distraction.  But why the ones all over one's body?  Ink or tat is slang for tattoo and the following is some information you might not be aware of.
    
Tattoo Equipment

• Gun - term for tattoo machine used primarily by scratchers and loathed by artists.
• Irons - term of affection for tattoo machine used by artists.
• Works - needles and tubes.

Tattooing Slang

• Carving - as in carving out some PHAT lines.
• Slinging Ink - hopefully not too much slinging!
• Pounding Skin - another term makes it sound much worse than it is.
• Grinding - grind out some tribal.
• Kickin' it Into Third - picking up the speed on the fill cause they know you can handle it.
• Know You're Getting a Tattoo - doing the underside of the arm!
• Airbrushing - when the ink sprays all over your pants.
• Tight - as in phat, tight tattoo work. 

So now your an expert on Tattoo's.  I personally love the word Tramp Stamp. But that lets you know where my mind is.  My son has 2 tats and my daughter has 1.  I have always thought tattoos should be hidden like pimples.  There is not a female out there not aware of the slightest blemish on her face.  How can one add a huge tat to that ?????
