Reruns

Originally I was going to do some reruns now that it is Memorial Day Weekend as that seems to be the reality on TV. I thought I would make it easy for myself and rerun some of my old blogs. The truth is, after reading some of my old rants I cannot tell if they are new or old.  I guess when there are legitimate things to bitch about, they are always fresh.
      I happened to spend a few hours with my son before that I have not done in years.  We went to a movie and then to dinner.  There is a chain called Buca Di Peppo (that my daughter turned me onto during my last trip to LA ).  They have the best chopped antipasto salad I have ever had.  That is not the point, but anyway while having dinner we were serenaded by about 16 Spanish speaking people (kids, parents, etc ).  Normally it would not bother me. (who the fuck am I kidding).  The first sing along was not bad, then the second, and then I was getting furious.  Why are people so damn inconsiderate ?  Why didn't they get a private room ?  Even my son got pissed.  I told him just to relax and be calm and not let it bother him.  I tried to be a good parent and set a good example by not yelling at them as I normally would have.  Instead, I gave them the Curse of the Eagle Eye........Well it worked . 
    Back to reruns........I love picking on things that I think are annoying, ridiculous, and pathetic.  I think I was born to start trouble and then walk away from it.  I also have no problem pointing these things out and telling someone what I think of them and why they are assholes.
     Right now I am as pissed as can be at BP.  I am not one of those green, green people who recycle everything and only flush their toilet once a week.  But what BP has done goes far beyond even my standards.  I look at the ocean constantly from my apartment and I cannot visualize seeing oil patches and all the crap with that out my view.  I can't imagine seeing sea turtles, and sharks and all those other funny things living in the ocean getting messed up or killed because of these idiots that run BP.  It is just the carelessness and stupidity of all big companies as well as big government.  Look at the Big Picture.......Banks............Auto Industry..............Investment Companies...............Airline Industry............get the picture..........Anything Big seems to be a problem or cause a problem.  The only thing exempt from this seems to be Big from Sex and the City........Bad Joke, but I had to mention it................................Maybe reruns are a better idea???????????
