It has been several days since I began writing this. I really could not get into it, because I was going through one of my trying to like everything and everyone periods. I thought it would be so nice to be nice and expect everyone else to be nice as well. What a pleasant surprise that would be, if only it were true. God, it was like waiting for a double rainbow, the tooth fairy, an angel, the perfect wife, a winning lottery ticket all rolled up together.
The reality hit me like a ton of bricks. It was like Kenny Powers had thrown a 112 mph ball right at my friggen head. I just knew that people were not nice and I was starting to fall into that trap. It is like everyone is just full of shit. There is no rhyme or reason to anything, anymore. There is no honesty, and we are all losing sight of whatever little truth is left.. Dear old Kenny Powers seems to have the right idea. Just screw everyone before they screw you.
Just this week the news brought out the fact that certain brokerage firms knew about Bernie Madoff's Ponzi scheme about a year prior to his arrest.........Sarah Palin made a speech the other night and more bullshit came spurting out of her mouth....................Our president doesn't seem to have the balls to tell any world leader to Fuck Off, but wants to be Mr. Nice Guy............I am still waiting for Mr. Obama to come to the aid of Israel and have balls to tell them the USA will stand behind them ........But why should we care about one of the only democracies in the Middle East........I think I might never watch TV again if I know I will see this jerk in his Tax Master commercial. This guy has been doing the exact same commercial for probably ten years now. If I see him on the street I might just murder him. I want to scream, it is so annoying.....
It's like everywhere you look, and everything you do comes after and before something annoying. That probably does not make any sense, but what does ?????? I have found there is so much annoying stuff and so much crap going on daily, that maybe it is time to come back to honesty. I know that I am really enjoying a few things on TV that are completely honest. These shows make you want to close your eyes and simply laugh, smile, and realize that with Honesty and Truth comes the most important thing in the world. Of course that is laughter.
For those of you that have Showtime.................a must is Shameless...........This is so funny it will make you piss in your pants, laugh like crazy, and realize that our everyday concerns over honesty are just a lot of Crap. It would take me an hour to let you know how amazingly funny and real this is. And........for you believers of make believe, there is always Californication..........This is another gem of a show....
But be aware. These shows all show lots of drinking, sex, lies, and all those other goodies we tell our kids not to do, nor not to associate with. It just goes to show you that we are all full of Crap, we all lie, we all talk about our friends behind their back, we all have our own agenda, we all secretly wish our friends don't attain what we have, we all do certain things that we should not be doing whether that includes eating, drinking, smoking, cursing, cheating, stealing, or 44 other such wonderful traits.
In other words........................What is Honesty ????????????
